As you know, the Government has introduced further measures to reduce the transmission of COVID-19. We are writing to let you know that these changes do not affect our ability to offer face-to-face consultations to our patients, and we will remain OPEN throughout this period. UK government guidelines classify Osteopaths and Physiotherapists as key workers providing essential health services.
Both our Camden and our Kentish Town clinics will continue to offer the full range of Osteopathy, Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation treatments as usual. For those in isolation, vulnerable or who would prefer not to attend the clinic in person, we continue to offer video consultations for both Osteopathy and Physiotherapy. Please note that our cancellation policy remains the same.
We want to reassure you that we continue to follow our very strict safeguarding policy, to implement our stringent infection prevention and control methods, including clinicians donning full PPE, spacing appointments to enable thorough sanitisation and aeration of clinic spaces, and completing comprehensive risk assessments for all attendees and clinicians before they enter our premises.
We are relieved that the new measures will not cause any disruption to your treatment plans and that we can continue to be here to offer our support through these testing times.
