Temporary Closure

As of 20 March 2020, Guy Gold & Associates will only be offering online video consultations and will no longer be conducting face-to-face appointments. The Practice will take bookings for face-to-face appointments from 20 April 2020, subject to ongoing review.

Our absolute priority is to support the national effort to reduce the number of deaths caused by COVID-19. It is very clear that the most effective way to do this is for all of us to practise the highest degree of social distancing that we can.

We are very aware that many of the patients in our care are experiencing pain and discomfort, and that NHS support will be limited for some time. We are confident that many effective and safe treatment options can be delivered through online video consultation, leading to improved outcomes for our patients. These online appointments can be booked here on the website booking page or by calling our reception team on 0207 018 7180. Clear instructions will be provided on how to log on to these appointments.

We will update the website regularly with any further developments. We look forward to welcoming you back to the Practice and into the coffee bar in person as soon as it is appropriate, and we thank you for your understanding during these extraordinary circumstances.

NEW PATIENTS
All new patients are required to book their intitial one hour consultation by calling our reception service on 020 7018 7180 , as we need to provide you with some helpful information before we see you.

EXISTING PATIENTS

WAITING LIST
If you would like to be added to our waiting list for a specific time or an urgent appointment, please call our reception service on 020 7018 7180 giving the details of your preferred time.

TO CANCEL OR AMEND AN EXISTING BOOKING
Retrieve the original booking confirmation email which would have been sent to you when you made the appointment.
Click on the ‘Cancel appointment’ link in the email
Tick which reason applies and press ‘cancel’

If you would then like to make an appointment for another time
Click on ‘check available times’ and make your new booking.

If you would prefer to speak to someone in person, please call our reception team on 020 7018 7180 and they can make the cancellation/amendment for you.

 

For all initial consultations, payment is taken in full at the time of booking.  All other payments are paid for after the treatment. 

We operate a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If you make any cancellations or amendments within 24 hours of the appointment, or do not arrive for your appointment, please note you will be charged the full appointment fee.  Our reception team will be in touch to take your payment and help you rebook.
